• The official result issued by the relevant sports authority is final for the purpose of settling all bets.
• TK988 is not liable for bets that are not accepted in Live Betting due to network delays.

Maximum bet limits vary by market and event. For certain high-value bets, TK988 may require independent approval, which can take a few minutes.

TK988's bonus program is designed to offer extra value to its members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

• The wagering requirement for each bonus (how many times you need to bet) is clearly stated in the offer details.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time. Any existing bonus must be completed before a new one can be claimed.

• Expired bonuses will be removed automatically and cannot be recovered.

Either TK988 or the member may close an account, though the process and outcomes will differ depending on which party initiates it.

Closed by member: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. All pending bets will be settled before closure, and any remaining balance can be withdrawn.

Closure or Suspension by TK988: TK988 may unilaterally close an account for any of the following reasons:

• If any of the prohibited activities listed in Section 08 are proven
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent information

• By order of legal authorities
